	FAMILY SUPPORT CONTACT DETAILS Parents direct line 0161 448 0255 CONTACT SYSTEM Our aim is to maintain contact with the family in between visits. During your first visit, you will be introduced to your contacts who offer ongoing and consistent support. Your contacts remain in touch about every couple of months or as required. They provide support with information, booking requirements and liaison with other services within the hospice. The family are welcome to contact us at anytime. We are able to liaise with other agencies contributing to the care of the child .
