Peter Forster

Peter is the Fundraising Office Manager and has a wide experience of the financial world with many years experience in the commercial sector.

He oversees the work of the office and is responsible for planning and co-ordination of the whole fundraising operation.

Peter is keen to continue the good work of the office in seeking new corporate sponsorship and retaining existing donors with fresh initiatives and attractive events.

David Woodrow

David has been with Francis House since 2000 and is working alongside Peter as he finds his feet as Office Manager.

Most of David’s time is now spent developing the working relationship with Manchester United and their Charitable Foundation as Francis House is one of their charity partners.

He’s one of the teams most recognisable faces – and voices – and has been the driving force behind many of the biggest events in the Francis House calendar such as the Manchester United Abseil, Santa Runs and the Festival of Christmas Trees.

Pam Daley

Pam’s experience in charity fundraising goes beyond the years she has been with Francis House having previously worked with Barnardos. She joined the team in 1994. There can’t be many people who work in this area who haven’t had contact with Pam over the years as her wealth of contacts across the business and social spheres has been of great benefit in the growth of Francis House.

Pam manages a dedicated team of volunteers, three at the office and two who are out on the road helping to keep the name and the work of Francis House in the public eye.

Kate Puc

If there’s a celebrity involved in a Francis House event then it’s more than likely that Kate will have had something to do with inviting them.

We often wonder when she will be making her Coronation Street debut as she’s on first name terms with most of the cast.

Kate has worked with Francis House since 1995 and during this time has developed strong links with schools to increase our fundraising and awareness in this age group.

The annual calendar and the Christmas Beanie campaign are just two of the things Kate organises through the year bringing in thousands of pounds for the charity.

Emma Siddle

Emma has joined the Francis House Fundraising team to work specifically in the south Manchester area.

Having gained B.A. (hons) in Human Sciences she has worked as an Events Assistant and Fundraiser for Cancer Research UK and Sue Ryder Care in both Yorkshire and the North West. Emma became a full member of the Institute of Fundraising in 2009 after completing the Fundraising Management Course. She is also a Young Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Like Jemma, Emma will be supporting our many loyal fundraisers on the South side of the area and will be looking to establish new support groups around the region.

Lucy Heald

Lucy Heald is no stranger to Francis House as in the past she has worked as a volunteer assisting with corporate events, including the Tatton Park Picnic Concerts.

Lucy has a BA (hons) in Hospitality Management with Tourisim. After college she worked for eight years with the Marriott Hotel Group working in various roles as Golf and Sports Manager and later as Senior Events Manager.

Fundraising is a new experience for Lucy but she is looking forward to meeting all of our established support groups and helping with new ideas.
