OPERATIONAL LEAD FOR FRANCIS HOUSE / FRANCIS LODGE

The Lead Post is the person responsible for the day to day management of one of the Hospice sites.  They will be directly responsible to the Head of Care who is the Registered Manager.

This is a full time post and is open to registered nurses, allied professionals and people with proven palliative care experience and who have a thorough understanding of the clinical, social and psychological needs of children and young people with life limiting conditions.

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in paediatric palliative care.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience - scale £28,331 - £39,462.
