The Manchester Half is a 13.1 mile challenge that takes place every October, starting and finishing by Old Trafford. With over 16,000 runners, it is easily one of the biggest races in the region.

Since its launch in 2016, it has received rave reviews from participants, thanks to its professional delivery, flat route and amazing support from crowds around the course.

How to take part

Sign up for a place through the official event website. As Manchester’s favourite half marathon, places are extremely popular – book your place now to avoid disappointment.

Once you have secured your place, get in touch and we will send you a fundraising pack and running T-shirt. There is no minimum sponsorship – just raise what you can to help us to continue our support for over 600 families of children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

I feel privileged that I was able to complete my first half marathon and to have the support of others to raise this much for Francis House - they truly deserve it!
