Francis House Families Ltd are recruiting Nurses and Nurse Associates to care for young adults with life limiting conditions who also have complex needs

Care will be provided in a family centred environment

As an enthusiastic and motivated person, you will become a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team which delivers holistic care to young adults with a wide range of complex needs

Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience

Full and part time posts available

37.5 hour week, must be available for all shifts

DBS Enhanced Disclosure will be undertaken
