Open Day

We look forward to welcoming you through the doors of Francis House on our November public open day!

Come along for a fascinating and informative tour of Francis House and Francis Lodge and see how your donations help to support hundreds of families from across Greater Manchester.

Whether you are a supporter, part of a company that has chosen to support the hospice, a healthcare professional or if you have a connection to Francis House, we welcome everyone to come along for an informal tour.

On the day

Saturday 7th November 2026 from 10 am until 4 pm – no appointment is necessary.

Members of our hospice care team will guide you behind the scenes where you will see the fantastic facilities in place at Francis House.

These include our family lounge and conservatory, hydrotherapy pool and Snoezelen multi-sensory rooms which provides soothing sounds, tactile experiences and visual stimulation to the children and young people.

Open Day gives you the chance to see the difference that your support really makes.

Refreshments and merchandise are also available to purchase in the hall after your visit.
