We’re Back….to the Future Christmas Ball

Come and join us for our Back to the Future Christmas Ball at the Concorde Conference Centre at the Runway Visitor Centre, Manchester Airport on Friday 3rd December.

We will transport you back to an era of glamorous and exciting international travel with a spectacular evening of entertainment beneath the wings of one of the most iconic aircraft of all time.

Set beneath the wings of one of just 18 remaining Concordes throughout the world, this will be an evening to remember as guests are treated to an exciting night of extravagance and entertainment.

You will enjoy a drink on arrival before sampling the delights of a three-course meal, and with magic, the music of the fabulous Soul Brothers and plenty of surprises in store, this is a night with something for everyone!

The fabulous and hugely entertaining Charlie Ross will host our exciting “must have” live and silent auctions with a selection of amazing prizes to raise funds for the vital work of Francis House.

By car: From the M56, leave at Junction 6 and follow the A538 to Wilmslow. After approximately 500m take a left turn down Sunbank Lane (opposite DHL). A the T-junction turn right onto Wilmslow Old Road and follow the road to the Runway Visitor Park gates.

What time does the event start?

The evening starts at 7pm with a drinks reception, followed by a sit down meal at 7.30pm.

What time does the event finish?

The evening will finish at 1am

Taxis can be ordered on the night from the Concorde reception, however pre-booking a taxi for collection at the end of the evening is highly recommended.

Are there any hotels nearby?

Being so close to the airport there is a good selection of hotels to choose from. Francis House has agreed special rates for guests attending the Christmas Ball at the following two hotels:

Clayton Hotel

The Clayton hotel offers a Shuttle bus service to take guests to the Concorde Conference Centre and collect at the end of the evening.
