More than 200 friends, supporters and staff enjoyed a showstopping night of entertainment at the Francis House fundraising ball at the Concorde Conference Centre, Manchester Airport.

The Greatest Francis House Ball was the theme and guests were entertained by the Greatest Show acts and performance with glamorous showgirls, a stilt walker and ringmaster.

With Concorde as the stunning backdrop, guests enjoyed a three-course meal and exciting auction hosted by the highly energetic Edward Rising. On the night the auction and pledges raised £70,000.

After dinner, the Soul Brothers party band, performed an electric mix of Motown and modern hits, keeping the entertainment non-stop until the early hours.

“It was so lovely to see everyone up on their feet dancing to the Soul Brothers, there wasn’t an inch of dancefloor available. It was a fantastic night, and we can’t wait to do it again next year.”

Lucy Thompson, Events Manager of Francis House
