A gift to Francis House in your Will is your present for our future.

During September, you can have your Will written by a Solicitor participating in our Make a Will Month at a special discounted rate.

The reduced fee is then donated to the hospice enabling both you and Francis House to benefit.

Gifts in Wills allow us to provide the very best care to the children, young people and their families.

Make a Will Month

Francis House has joined forces with legal firms across the region who have agreed to provide their services and expertise at a substantially discounted rate, either drawing up or amending a simple Will for an individual at a suggested cost of £100, or a simple double Will for married couples or partners for a suggested cost of £175.

Legacies in Wills left to Francis House Family Trust, are a crucial part of income for the hospice and allow us to provide the very best respite, homecare, end of life care and bereavement support to the children, young people and their families.

Why make a Will?

When it comes to making a Will, your family and friends should come first in your thoughts. But many people also decide to leave a gift in their Will to a charity close to their hearts.

If you’ve been meaning to get round to drawing up your Will, or there’s been a recent change in your circumstances, such as moving house, retirement, divorce, marriage or a new baby, or possibly you’ve become a grandparent for the first time – then now is the perfect time to make or update your Will.

By making a Will you can ensure that your money and possessions are distributed in accordance with your wishes.
