Care Team
We offer our Care Team the chance to give holistic care to young people and their families in a relaxed but professional setting.
We employ people from a variety of professional backgrounds and the multi-disciplinary Care Team is made up of:
Registered Sick Children’s Nurses
Registered Nurses
Registered Learning Disability Nurses
Creative Therapists
Social Workers
Speech Therapists
Play Specialist
Nursery Nurses
Care Assistants with proven experience
(because of increasing clinical demands over 60% of our team are Registered Nurses).
We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission and whilst the highest clinical standards are met our care is delivered in a homely comfortable setting. We are also monitored by the Charity Commission.

Our excellent Care Team is supported by a small Ancillary Team. These come from various backgrounds:
- Administrative and secretarial
- Maintenance, gardening and housekeeping
- Accounts
- Fundraising and Public Relations
- Shop Manager
We are monitored by the Charity Commission and supported by external consultants including:
- Accountants
- Employment Advisors
- Architects and Surveyors
