Come along to the Francis House Christmas Party at the Runway Visitor Centre, Concorde Conference Centre, Manchester Airport on Friday 1st December 2023.

Set beneath the wings of Concorde – just one of 18 remaining iconic aircrafts! – guests will be treated to an unforgettable night of excitement, extravagance and entertainment.

You will enjoy a drink on arrival before sampling the delights of a three-course meal, fabulous live music from the Soul Brothers and plenty of surprises in store, this is a night with something for everyone!

The fabulous and hugely entertaining Darren Proctor will host the evening, including our exciting “must have” live and silent auctions with a selection of amazing prizes to raise funds for the vital work of Francis House.

By car: From the M56, leave at junction 6 and follow the A538 to Wilmslow. After approximately 500m take a left turn down Sunbank Lane (opposite DHL). At the T-junction turn right onto Wilmslow Old Road and follow the road to the Runway Visitor Park gates.

By Train: Manchester Airport train station is less than 3 miles from the Park. Street Cars taxi booking desks can be found at all terminals and the railway station

What time does the event start?

The evening starts at 7pm with a drinks reception, followed by a sit down meal at 7.30pm.

What time does the event finish?

The evening will finish at 1am.

Taxis can be ordered on the night from the Concorde reception, however pre-booking a taxi for collection at the end of the evening is recommended.

Are there any hotels nearby?

Being so close to the airport there is a good selection of hotels to choose from. Francis House has agreed a special rate for guests attending the Christmas Ball at the Clayton Hotel Manchester Aiport.
