TCS London Marathon 2027

The TCS London Marathon is for many the ultimate bucket list item!  It is one of the most popular running events in the world and places are highly sought after.

The route has remained largely unchanged since the inaugural race in 1981 and encompasses many of the capital’s most mesmerising landmarks, old and new. More than 56,000 runners are expected to take part in the 26.2 mile route with tens of thousands of spectators lining the streets to cheer them on. Could you be one of them?

Whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner or it’s your first ever marathon, make 2027 even more memorable and run the London Marathon in support of the children and families of Francis House.

Apply for a Francis House place

To apply for the chance to receive one of our limited golden bond places, please complete the application form below. Completing this form does not guarantee you a place, as all applications will be considered before we select and notify our chosen runners in late July/early August. If you are successful, we would require a £100 deposit to secure your place and a pledge to raise a minimum of £2,000 for Francis House.

Lucky enough to secure a place through the ballot?

If you’re one of the lucky few to secure your own race place, we’d love you to run for Francis House. There is no minimum sponsorship – we are truly grateful of any donations.

All Francis House marathon runners will receive ongoing support from the Fundraising Team including fundraising materials, a running vest, plus training and fundraising guidance.
