If you’re looking for an exhilarating event, then look no further than the 170ft Trafford Palazzo Tower abseil at the Trafford Centre.

We are looking for thrill seeking individuals to sign up and step over the edge!

This challenge is hosted by Big Bang Experiences. Training will be provided on the day, and all safety equipment and guidance is included in the discounted event price of £45. We also ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship to help support our work.

Timings

Time slots will be known closer to the date. We ask that participants keep their whole day free in the meantime and we will be in touch with plenty of notice.

Important information – please read before you sign up

Participants cannot take part if they are:

Pregnant
Under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
Under 11 years old

For participants with any of the following they must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver:

Aged 50 years or above
High blood pressure
Heart condition
Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy
Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
Asthma
Prescribed medication – this must be disclosed at registration to inform us of how this may affect you.

The following points apply to ALL participants:

Participants aged 14 and 15 years old require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and complete a non-standard waiver
Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn
Maximum weight limit for a solo participant is 120kg (18.9 stone)
