Wilmslow Running Festival

We are delighted to be selected as one of the charity partnerships for the Wilmslow Running Festival 2022.

With 37 years of heritage, this is one of the oldest community events in the north. A beautiful and fast course on closed country lanes, an amazing atmosphere, a festival village, goody bags, free photos and much more.

Take on either the half marathon, 10K, or fun run and help raise much needed funds for Francis House!

The mainly flat route incorporates the beautiful Cheshire countryside around the rural roads of Wilmslow and the surrounding areas. It’s an ideal route if you’re a first time, half-marathoner or a seasoned pro looking for your personal best.

How to take part

We have a number of free charity places for the 10k or half marathon distance and in return, we ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship.

The Wilmslow Running Festival is a charity itself, organised by volunteers, from Wilmslow Running Club, Wilmslow Rugby Club, and the Phoenix Sports Club.
