I decided to run the Manchester Marathon this year in memory of my brother. He passed away in April 2004 at the age of 10. Although we were going through the most difficult time we’ll ever experience in our lives, Francis House provded us with support and friendship that we will never forget.
I had never previously run further than 10km so it was an intense 6 months of training with a few trips and slips along the way...
