There are many ways that companies can give back to support Francis House.  You’ll be amazed at how your fundraising mounts up.

“At The Cardinal Partnership, supporting Francis House Children’s Hospice is something we feel deeply passionate about. This year, our colleagues came together to raise £470 through a Wicked-themed Christmas tree raffle and £609 through the Cheshire Three Peaks challenge, while also supporting the hospice by providing raffle prizes for their summer fair and purchasing several hundred of their knitted Easter chicks and bunnies for our team. We were especially proud to make a £5,000 donation to help fund a short break holiday for children this year attending respite at Francis House. Seeing first-hand the compassion, care and life-changing impact Francis House has on children and families reminds us why every pound raised truly matters.”

Sponsorship

We are always on the lookout for corporate support through sponsorship of our range of events. Whether it’s our drinks package, table sales, sandwiches for participants or sponsor a hole at a golf day. Sponsorship highlights your support and helps cover costs so more funds go directly to Francis House!

Employee Volunteering

Employees can also use their allocated volunteer time to support our fundraising team. A team from Barclays, Manchester, used their volunteer hours to stuff and pack chicks for our Knitted Easter Chick appeal.

  • Other volunteering opportunities include:-
  • Bucket collections
  • Flyering in the local area for events
  • Helping at our events
  • Cheering squad/marshalls for walk event (better for potential local walk)

Why not use one of your volunteering days to organise a mid week fundraiser or challenge event.

As an employee-owned company based in Stockport, Parfetts is proud to support Francis House Children’s Hospice because of the extraordinary care, compassion and dignity it provides to children with life-limiting conditions and their families across our community. We believe in giving back locally and supporting organisations that make a real, life-changing difference. In the past, we have helped raise vital funds through initiatives such as the Go Local Ball awards and gala dinner, which brought businesses together for an evening of celebration and generosity, raising an incredible £23,652.00 in support of Francis House and its invaluable work. We look forward to working closely together in 2026 to build on this success and raise even more funds to support the hospice’s vital services.

A tax-efficient way to make regular donations as contributions are taken pre-tax.  If your work place doesn’t have a Payroll Giving scheme, we recommend one of these organisations to set one up: Charitable Giving, Charities Trust or Give as you Earn (via CAF).

Gift in Kind Donations

Donate products for the young people we support and their families as well as for our event goody bags, raffles, tombola’s and auctions.  If your company can help with a Gift in Kind, please reach out.
